i've never been all that big on the beatles or went through any kind of beatles phase in my life, but i'll borrow an album of theirs from friends or the library on occasion, hoping to assimilate their non-hits into my mental jukebox, and to more directly and more fully appreciate the scope of their tremendous influence that i've always just taken as a given.anyways, listening to past masters, volume 2 today at work, i've come to the conclusion that bradley nowell had to have copped the vocal line on the verse from "lady madonna" for his own verse vocal line on sublime's "what i got."

ABSOLUTELY. I remember being pretty surprised that nobody called them on that at the time.
