for those about to rock

you guys are my friends

in pursuit of perfecting my pulled pork recipe for a big party next week, i've been picking the brains of some awesome purveyors of bbq from across the country on this forum. everyone is so nice. the atmosphere here is convivial, and one gets the feeling from the community that making others happy is a means to its own end, a reward in and of itself.

this all hedges a tad on why i'm so into the food network, but i'll save that subject for another post.
