ch-ch-ch-ch changes
celebrating my hundredth post with a little makeover. the previous template was too drab, and i happen to like this vibrant neon coloring ... it's symbolic of my personal pledge to face every day with vim and vigor. hope the intensity (of the color, not my 2-tha-extreme prose) doesn't cause ocular agony.cobbled together a profile and figured out how to get my mug up there as well. not advanced enough to figure out the caption function yet.
if i was, the caption to my profile pic would read "welcome to my world"or some yang like that.

yesterday it was hot dawgs for breakfast. i DID sample a certain low-carb cereal bar, however. not half bad.
